We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

How to return an item?

  • Step 1: Please contact us at support@meusracing and indicate the item(s) you would like to return, the order number, the reason for the return, and a photo of the item in its current state. If there are quality issues, please provide images of the exact faulty parts of said items and the tag (including the QC sticker).
  • Step 2: If your return is accepted, we'll send you the instructions on how and where to send your package.
  • Step 3: Our convenient customer service team will get you a speedy refund!

Return Conditions:

1. Within 30 days quality issue:

The customer needs to provide pictures or videos within 30 days of receiving the goods, and the pictures or videos need to be displayed the product quality issues.

After providing the above information, we have two options:

  • (1) If the quality issue can be solved with accessories, we can send the accessories for free. Sending accessories can solve the problem, and returns are not accepted.
  • (2) If the quality issue is very serious and cannot be solved through accessories, we will resend new products for free. Or if you don't need the product anymore, we will give you a full refund.

2. Over 30 days quality issues:

For quality issues raised over 30 days or caused by improper human operation, we can provide free products or accessories to solve them, but the buyer needs to bear the shipping cost.

3. Over 30 days of non-quality issues:

After receiving the package over 30 days non-quality issues or inability to prove quality issues:

  • (1) No refund.
  • (2) If the buyer wants to return the item, a return label fee will be charged.

4. Within 30 days non-quality issues

Make a return within 30 days of receiving the package.
We send a return label to the customer, and the buyer can get a full refund after sending the packages back to our warehouse.

5. Received the wrong item:

We will resend you the correct item for free.

6. Returns not accepted

Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. 


The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.


We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
