Are you ready to take your tech game to the next level? Building your MB18 or MB18 Pro model can be a rewarding and educational experience. Follow these tips to ensure a successful build.
What components do you need?
Before you begin, ensure you have all the necessary components.
1. Body & Chassis Kit:
MB18 or MB18 Pro: You will need an MB18 or MB18 Pro chassis frame and body shell. The MB18 or MB18 Pro. MB18 or MB18 Pro already includes the chassis frame, so you don't need to buy a chassis separately.
2. Axles:
For the MB18 Pro, you can choose a TRX4M IFS kit and TRX4M Rear Axle, or TRX4M metal front and rear Isokinetic axles
For the MB18 body kit, you can choose the TRX4M metal or nylon Isokinetic axles; V1 or V2 are available.
Or your stock axles, or the TRX4M portal axles
3. Wheels and tires:
You can choose 1.0-inch or 1.2-inch wheels and tires:
4. Transmission & motor:
You can choose the TRX4M metal transmission & motor,
5. Drive shafts
The MB18 features the same wheelbase design as the TRX4M K10 and F150, so it is compatible. So you can choose TRX4M K10 Drive Shafts
6. Motor:
You can choose a 180 Brushed motor, or a 370 motor, or the "purple fat motor."
7. Skid Plate:
If you order the IFS kit, you will not need to order the Skid Plate. If not, you can order this TRX4M Skid Plate.
8. Servo and servo horn
You can choose an 8.5kg servo and servo mount
9. ESC
You can choose the ME25 V2 ESC
10. Chassis links:
If you order an IFS kit, there is no need to order the chassis links. If you order the front and rear axles, you will need to order the chassis links. You can choose TRX4M K10 Chassis links.
11. Shock absorber:
You can choose TRX4M 51mm shock absorbers
12. Transmitter and receiver:
You can choose the ME-10B transmitter with the M-10A receiver
